Stop Press! Andrea and Victoria Vigenser were winners of the Martin Blackman Young Performers Award at the recent 2010 Auckland Folk Festival!
Born into the folk scene 18 years ago, Andrea has grown up surrounded by music and has a natural talent and aptitude for it. With parents Jean Reid and Andrew Judd how could she not!
She has performed both solo and with others at many folk venues throughout Auckland and plays a variety of instruments including dulcimer, guitar and tin whistles. Andrea has a wide repertoire which contains material from various musical influences ranging from traditional to her own compositions.
An informal ‘Singaround’ - ‘Open Mic’ without a Mic - A smaller group of people meet to share their songs and music.

The Club was conceived in 1965 when the Clancy Brothers didn't come and someone had the astounding idea of having a sing-a-round thus transforming an audience into a folk group. Formally established in 1966 we're still going strong.
